Other Reported Cases:  Metropolitan Hospitals, Inc. dba Gresham Community Hospital v. SHPDA, 52 Or App 621, 628 P2d 783 (1981). Peter Stoloff represented Metropolitan Hospitals, Inc. The court held that Gresham Community Hospital was entitled to a contested case hearing regarding its requested certificate of need for a new hospital in Gresham, Oregon. The hospital ultimately obtained a final order approving the 113 bed new hospital.
